X Enterprises publishes corporate Terms of Service at https://x.enterprises/legal/terms. This page is the marketing-site notice for awardly.co. It is not a product subscription agreement and it does not replace the corporate terms.

What Awardly is

Awardly (this site) publishes the Excellence Award for local businesses. The award is based on public Google local ranking signals and verified Google Maps reviews against criteria stated on /about. Awardly does not sell the award and does not take a fee from an awarded business to receive or display it.

This host is a marketing site. There is no public signup and no published price on awardly.co.

Acceptable use

Use the site for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the site, scrape in a way that impairs ordinary use, or misrepresent who you are when you write to Awardly. Do not present an Awardly badge you were not issued.

Accuracy

Ranking and review figures come from third-party public sources. They can be wrong or out of date. If a profile looks wrong, use /contact and include the URL. A note does not guarantee a correction or a reply.

Awards and advice

An Excellence Award is recognition against published criteria. It is not a guarantee of future ranking, revenue, or customer results. Awardly does not give legal, financial, or marketing advice.

Refunds

There is no paid plan on awardly.co, so this page does not state a refund window. If a paid X Enterprises product later applies, refunds follow the corporate Terms of Service (14 days from the initial purchase or a renewal charge, then case-by-case).

Governing law

Washington law and the dispute terms in the corporate Terms of Service apply to use of X Enterprises products. This marketing site is also governed by Washington law.
