Awardly affiliate disclosure

Last updated: 26 September 2026

Awardly is a DBA of X Enterprises, LLC, 18122 3rd Dr SE, Bothell, WA 98012.

Awardly is not an affiliate program on awardly.co. We do not earn commissions from awarded businesses, do not sell the Excellence Award, and do not pay a referral fee for sending traffic to this site. The award is recognition against published public-data criteria.

Why this page is here

U.S. endorsements rules (including the FTC's endorsement guides) require a clear disclosure when there is a material connection. This page records that Awardly has not published such a connection with awarded businesses on awardly.co.

What this page does not do

It does not announce a future affiliate program. It does not invent partners, commission rates, or a referral signup. If X Enterprises later publishes an Awardly affiliate program, this page will be rewritten to match that live program. Until then, treat Awardly as not an affiliate program.

Corporate affiliate policy

X Enterprises also publishes a corporate Affiliate Disclosure at https://x.enterprises/legal/affiliate-disclosure. This page is the awardly.co notice. It does not replace the corporate disclosure.
